Directions, parking & accessibility
From Interstate 5: Take exit 1C for Mill Plain Blvd/WA-501. Turn onto Mill Plain Blvd/WA-501/E 15th St to head west (this is a LEFT if you come from the south, a RIGHT if you come from the north). Turn RIGHT onto C St. Turn RIGHT onto E 16th St.
There is metered parking on 16th Street right in front of the C Street Plaza building entrance. Payment can be made using the Parking Kitty app. There is free 2 hour parking on D street between 16th and 17th, and on other blocks nearby. Please give yourself extra time to find free parking.
The entrance door will be unlocked between approximately 8:30am and 4:30pm. If your appointment time falls within those hours, please make yourself comfortable in the lobby (just to the right after entering the building). If your appointment time is outside of those hours, I will meet you at the door to let you in.
There is an accessible restroom (code: 5929) at the end of the hall to your right after you enter the building. There are Mens and Womens restrooms on the landing just up the stairs.
