Chiropractic

"Chiropractic is widely recognized as one of the safest, drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of back pain, neck pain, joint pain of the arms or legs, headaches, and other complaints. Through their whole-person, patient-centered approach, doctors of chiropractic (DCs) elevate the health and wellness of their communities by helping people of all ages live a more active lifestyle."

During your first visit, Dr. Cydney will perform a thorough history and examination based on how and what you're feeling. You will decide on a treatment plan together. She believes that if muscles and joints are involved, she can likely help! Her expertise is not limited to the spine. A typical treatment usually involves methods for addressing the muscles and fascia, such as massage, stretching, and/or exercise; methods for addressing the joints, including manual/instrument assisted manipulation ("adjusting") and/or mobilization. As needed, she will provide advice for managing your symptoms at home between visits. She will also do her best to refer you to the right professional if chiropractic care is not appropriate for your situation or you need additional support- facilitating human to human connection is an important mission at Groove!
